欖菜蠔仔肉碎炒豆角


材料
豆角半斤($12)+肉碎($5)+蠔仔($10)+欖菜(南貨店有售)
做法
1. 豆角洗淨切段,蠔仔汆水備用,肉碎用基本調味醃15分鐘。
2. 先將欖菜爆香,將肉碎倒下同炒,加入豆角續炒,此時加進少許鹽,糖,蠔油調配個人喜好濃淡口味。
3. 最後,加入蠔仔炒勻,冚蓋續煮約5分鐘便可。
