雲耳紅棗浸波菜

我很喜歡吃雲耳,不為甚麼,單純很愛其口感。後來上網得知,原來它蘊含豐富營養,對人體相當有益,能潤肺生津、滋陰養胃、益氣和血、補腦強心。今天就為大家弄這一道簡單的藥膳,既好味又健康。

材料
雲耳數朵、去核紅棗十粒、波菜一斤

做法
1. 先將波菜浸洗後,瀝乾備用。雲耳浸透,切去蒂部及細朵備用。紅棗略浸,切開半邊備用。
2. 先煲好3碗熱水,下雲耳、紅棗及少許雞粉,以中火煲約20分鐘,熄火備用。
3. 燒熱油,下數片薑,再下波菜,加少許粗鹽同炒至熟,上碟。
4. 最後,將上湯連同雲耳紅棗一併淋於波菜上面便可。

Very gd & special. I like it. I have never tried this cooking method. I'm waiting to see more special food tailor-made by you and I really hope have a chance to taste it.
